Northern Exposure

This is my first panorama shot taken in Tjøme, Norway with a Canon EOS 300 camera.

I never thought stiching pictures together would be so hard, but considering I used different lighting adjustments for each shot, this could have turned out even worse The fact that coulds were covering the sun all the time didn't make this panorama any easier to shoot.

There's a lot of room for improvement, and I guess I need to practice a lot more. Any help or ideas on how to take successful panorama pictures are more than welcome!

On the technical side, this panorama is made out of four pictures. I put them together in Photoshop and adjusted pretty much everything from contrast to brightness and added a colour overlay, since they weren't consistent throughout the four images. I tried correcting them too, but I eventually gave up

Maybe if I scanned the pictures again with a better scanner and used a different software to stich them together, this could have turned out even better, but it's time to move on.
